Harry Potter and the Cursed Child is upon us! To say that we’re just a little excited is a very large understatement. It’s more like we’re supermegafoxyawesomehotsupercalifragilistically excited (or something like that)!
It’s been nine years since we last saw Hogwarts and there’s a lot to look forward to! So us Bookstacked writers came together to talk Potter and list the things we’re most excited about reading in Cursed Child. The experience, the characters, the world–we want it all!

I’m most excited at the fact that we get to back into the Wizarding World. I’m looking forward to seeing a post-Voldemort world/life for Harry, Ron and Hermione and living without the constant threat of death and living a normal life. Also seeing how the main trio’s past affects their kids.

I’m so excited to see Albus, Rose and Scorpius at Hogwarts. I want to know what their personalities are like, what houses they get sorted into and how they’re different to their parents. How has Hogwarts changed since Harry left? I want to know what Harry, Ron, Hermione and Ginny did after the end of the last book. There have been rumours and stories out there since Deathly Hallows came out but now we will know for sure!

Don’t get me wrong, I’m so ready to see Harry, Hermione and Ron again. But I have to be honest, I might be most intrigued by the Malfoys. Harry and Draco seem to be on “OK” terms at the end of Deathly Hallows, but there’s still some sort of tension between them (it’d be hard to shake off everything they went through during their time at Hogwarts!). I’m curious to see how they feel about each other after all of these years. On top of that, I’ve only heard good things about Draco’s son, Scorpius. Who exactly is this kid? I’m eager to learn more about them in Cursed Child.

Of course I am excited to see Harry, Hermione and Ron again! I am also excited to know more about Harry’s son, Albus, because of this title! I want to keep everything a surprise for when I read it, so I haven’t researched much and I’m curious to know who is this cursed child? Is it Albus?
