‘Divergent’ fans in California might not have to wait until release day to see the highly anticipated film!
A free IMAX screening courtesy of Hero Complex is scheduled to occur on March 19th at the AMC Burbank & IMAX in Burbank, California.
Fans who attend will get a bonus treat at the event! ‘Divergent’s’ Jai Courtney, who portrays Eric in the film, and the film’s director Neil Burger will be on hand after the screening for a special Q&A session. They will be joined by Lucy Fisher and DougWick, the films producers. The Q&A will be moderated by the wonderful Rebecca Keegan of Hero Complex.
As of this current time, this is all the information that has been released. It is unknown if the floor will be opened up to fans for questions or if there will be any type of signings occurring.
In order to attend, fans must RSVP for the event starting March 12th at 10am. To RSVP for the screening simply logging on to http://www.latimes.com/Divergent. The RSVP site will close once the screening is full.
The screening will begin at 7:30pm. Be aware that the screening is first come, first served as seats will be given at the event check in. Your RSVP will not guarantee you a seat. Fans will be treated to a medium popcorn and soda courtesy of AMC Burbank & IMAX.
