A new and short interview has emerged of Shailene Woodley from the Sundance Film Festival. Shailene was present to talk about her new indie film, ‘White Bird in a Blizzard,’ and, of course, she couldn’t escape without being asked about ‘Divergent.’

“Who knows how big the storm’s going to be, you know? You never know if you’re going to catch a good swell or if it’s going to be a little quiet that day,” said Shailene when asked about the upcoming hype surrounding ‘Divergent.’

Watch the interview here:

In a different interview with The Daily Beast, Shailene had this to say about the growing trend of female heroines:

The one thing I really loved about Divergent is that Tris is a heroine and fights for what she believes in, is passionate about it, and is willing to risk her life for the greater good of humanity, but also, the relationship between her and Theo. I feel very proud to be a part of a franchise that doesn’t exploit young love, and doesn’t exploit what that means, and really treats it tenderly.

(Anyone else notice that she said Theo rather than Four?)

We’re certainly growing anxious as we draw closer to the release of the film! Expect to hear a lot more from Shailene and the other stars as the date approaches!
