Every year, the editors of TIME magazine get together to construct a list of the 100 Most Influential People in the World. While they get the final say of who makes the cut, they’ve opened up their site to allow visitors a chance to speak up and vote for who they think should be in the top 100–and two Divergent stars have made the list.
Veronica Roth is up for vote under the Culture and Fashion category for her success with the Divergent books.
Roth joined her young-adult-novel successors by selling more than 2 million copies of the Divergent trilogy, a dystopian story whose main character fits the powerful-heroine bill and was adapted into a film starring Shailene Woodley.
Shailene Woodley is also up for vote in the Movie and Television category, all of this following the immense following she’s earned in the last year.
The 22-year-old star of Divergent has become a press darling in recent months and will appear in The Fault in Our Stars.
The two are up against other popular icons such as Kanye West, Meryl Streep, and John Green.
