The second book in James Dashner’s Mortality Doctrine series, The Rule of Thoughts, is now available in paperback!
The Rule of Thoughts is the followup to Dashner’s sci-fi novel The Eye of Minds. The story follows Michael, a gamer and hacker, who gets into trouble inside the virtual reality world, VirtNet. Rule of Thoughts first hit shelves back in 2014 and the final book in the series, The Game of Lives, came out last year.
The Maze Runner author took to Twitter to celebrate the release of the book and also highlighted an important treat that fans will want to take advantage of:

The Rule of Thoughts will include the first few chapters of The Fever Code, the upcoming prequel to the Maze Runner series that will reportedly give us better insight into Thomas’s life before the maze.
