Stunning ‘Lady Midnight’ Cover Revealed

Check out the stunning cover for ‘Lady Midnight’, the first book in ‘The Dark Artifices’ series.

Today at New York Comic Con Cassandra Clare and special guest Harry Shum Jr. who plays ‘Magnus Bane’ in the TV series Shadowhunters revealed the cover for Lady Midnight, the first book in next Shadowhunter series The Dark Artifices.

Lady Midnight is set in 2013, the series will follow Emma Carstairs and parabatai Julian Blackthorn, two Shadowhunters protecting Los Angeles from demons as Emma, after losing both of her parents, hunts the people responsible for their death.

Have a look at the beautiful cover:

The cover shows Emma Carstairs with her famous family sword Cortana. It was designed by Cliff Nielsen who also did the covers for The Mortal Instruments and The Infernal Devices.

This is one of my favourite covers, it’s stunning! What do you think?

Lady Midnight will be published on March 8, 2016, and we can’t wait!
