A handful of Maze Runner fans in New York City and London have already seen the final film of the Maze Runner movie trilogy — and they seem to love it!
The screening took place last Sunday and many of the fans took to Twitter to voice their love for the new movie, some calling it their favorite of the three. Director Wes Ball encouraged fans to keep spoilers to themselves, and many are doing so while still calling it the perfect ending to the series.

Among the reviewers is The Maze Runner author James Dashner. Dashner said the movie is “INCREDIBLE” and that he “couldn’t be possibly happier with how it turned out,” though he said the first Maze Runner movie is his favorite.
I just had the privilege of seeing the #DeathCure movie with my family. I’m feeling way too many emotions to sum it up properly, but I want you to know something: It’s INCREDIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!! I couldn’t possibly be happier with how it turned out.

Having now seen the #deathcure movie twice, I have to tell you: it’s just flat-out a fantastic film in every way, and majorly respectful to die-hard fans of the book. Bless you, @tsnowlin and @wesball.

I’ve heard from quite a few huge #mazerunner book fans who’ve said that the #deathcure movie is now their favorite of the three. That’s really saying something. I don’t know if anything could ever match the first movie for me, but it’s awfully close! @wesball
