Live orchestra to accompany ‘Twilight’ movie in international tour

Experience the movie like you’ve never seen before.

‘Twilight’ is returning to the big screen in a new way.

Back in 2008, the movie based off of the popular Twilight series by Stephenie Meyer became a huge hit at the box office. Fans fawned over actors Kristen Stewart, Robert Pattinson and Taylor Lautner. (Don’t even think about forgetting the ever-popular “Team Edward vs. Team Jacob” debate.)

Now, the music is getting its own time in the spotlight.

A ‘Twilight’ concert experience is coming. It will feature a full orchestra performing Carter Burwell’s film score as the movie rolls, according to Variety. The concert — which will go on tour — will be called ‘Twilight in Concert.’

“The combination of author Stephenie Meyer’s brilliant storytelling, Carter Burwell’s musical genius, and a truly legendary underlying film and book property will continue to expand the world of ‘Twilight’ and introduce it to legions of new fans around the world,” Lionsgate spokesperson Jennifer Brown told Variety.

This will be Lionsgate’s third venture into this type of concert experience, having done it before with ‘La La Land in Concert’ and ‘The Hunger Games in Concert.’

The movie’s soundtrack included artists such as Paramore, Linkin Park and Muse — but there’s no word on any of them being involved in this tour. Still, hearing Burwell’s original score live is bound to be enough for TwiHards.

But if you’re a fan in the United States, you might be out of luck. ‘Twilight in Concert’ will kick off in Brazil in August and make trips to the UK and Australia.

I read, fangirl and sing a lot. Harry Potter is my absolute favorite.
