We’re growing here at 7th Page, and that means that we’d love to have more hands on board to help us maintain the site!

We’re currently looking to expand our news team and need those who would love to write about their favorite fandoms/book series.

News writers will be expected to write news on an “as-it-comes” basis. This means that the amount of weekly posts will depend on which book series/author the writer covers. For example, those who cover The 5th Wave may only post three or four times a month as there is little news surrounding this topic right now. However, in about a year when the movie picks up speed, they may be posting three or four times a week. Writers for Divergent may need to write four posts a week as we approach the release date of ‘Insurgent’.

[divider]Choose a Fandom![/divider]

We currently need writers for the following book series, authors, and fandoms:

  • Divergent, Veronica Roth*
  • The Hunger Games
  • The 5th Wave*
  • Harry Potter, J.K. Rowling
  • The Maze Runner, James Dashner
  • John Green, Nerdfighteria
  • Game of Thrones
  • Heroes of Olympus, Rick Riordan

*Writers for Divergent and The 5th Wave will be working on our network sites FactionHub.net and 5thWave.net.

[divider]Keep in mind…[/divider]

ALL POSITIONS HERE AT 7TH PAGE ARE VOLUNTEER JOBS. Nobody on our staff team is paid. We write about books simply because we love to talk about books! Many of us are looking to expand our experience and talents in writing.

While still in its infancy, 7th Page aspires to become a thriving community of YA book lovers!

There are lots of reasons why you might consider joining our team! For example, writing for a website is a fun and productive use of time (not to mention that it looks great on a resume!) You get the chance to connect with other staffers and make new friends. You’ll also gain valuable experience in writing and online journalism.
