The majority of the interview was spent teasing and laughing. Here are some of the points and things they said:

  • Miles Teller thinks there should have been more Peter in the teaser teaser trailer!
  • When asked when they realized that the fan following for Divergent was so large, Miles Teller responded with ComicCon. “ComicCon was pretty impressive.”
  • When asked if he thought Four would die in Allegiant, Theo James replied by saying “Yes!” And that he thought he would come back as a sexy ghost and haunt the characters. (I think it’s safe to say that he wasn’t being serious!)
  • Josh Horowitz asked about the kissing scene between Four and Tris. Theo James explains says that he “went hard.” And Miles stood in the background watching and being a creeper-Peter.
  • Miles’s one word to describe Theo is: “Tan.”
  • “Would you rather jump onto a train or off one?” Theo James said, “Off of one!” Miles Teller said, “Onto one!”
  • Here’s our personal favorite: “Do you think Peter is truly evil or do you think his actions are justified?” Miles Teller responds, “They are very justified. Peter is very misunderstood.”

Don’t forget to tune into the Video Music Awards TOMORROW at 8pm est for the debut of the ‘Divergent’ teaser trailer! The director, Neil Burger, has indicated that this will be a sixty second teaser trailer–which is pretty standard for teaser trailers.
